Warranty Coverage Overview
Who is Covered?
- Proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer is required
What is Covered?
- Structural defects and manufacturing flaws
- Material failures under normal riding conditions
- Replacement at WHALEROAD's discretion (repair or new unit)
What is NOT Covered?
Consumable parts such as bearings, brake pads, seals, and freehub bodies, unless the failure is due to a material defect.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation or adjustment. We strongly recommend installation by a professional bicycle mechanic.
Damage caused by accidents, crashes, abuse, or neglect. For such situations, please refer to our Crash Replacement Program.
Products that have been modified, painted, or altered from their original condition.
Any costs associated with labor, packaging, and shipping the product to the warranty service center are the responsibility of the owner.

We strongly recommend having it installed and serviced by a qualified bicycle technician. The manufacturer assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse.

The WHALEROAD brand, R7 product line, and all associated technologies are protected by patents and trademarks worldwide. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Ride data collected through the WHALEROAD app is used solely for product optimization and improving your user experience. We never sell your data to third parties. You retain full control—export or delete your personal data at any time.
